Via Genova 39, VarazzeThis is the complete renovation of a building whose original core dates back to the 1800s; since then, numerous extensions and refurbishments have been added over time, depriving the building of its original identity, which ended up making it appear incongruous, anonymous and detached from its context.
The intervention aims to restore functionality to the building by taking advantage of the large garden terrace that directly overlooks the sea with a sober and dignified new facade.
The project was prepared by the Pagano & Sanna architectural firm of Genoa.
