This is the completion in record time of the new Esselunga store in Tortona.
Only nine months after the release of the area by the Superintendence for Archaeological Heritage, we handed over to Bernardo Caprotti the 145th store of the leading supermarket chain in Italy in terms of customer loyalty and value for money.
14,000 sqm. of underground parking, 5,000 sqm. of commercial and technical premises, only 9 months spent on construction, passing static tests and certification of usability. These are the record-breaking numbers of the initiative concluded with the handover of the store to Bernardo Caprotti, the founder of the Pioltello-based company, who personally attended the inauguration of the new store located on c.so Repubblica in Tortona.
The building has passed static tests and obtained certificates of usability, proving that it has complied with all current regulations regarding the sale of foodstuffs and the processing and packaging of meat, fruit and vegetables, bread and similar, and various gastronomic products, as well as scrupulously complying with the strict standards imposed by Esselunga.
