This is the construction of the first point of sale in Valenza Po (AL) for the EUROSPIN chain commissioned by the company Veliero S.r.l. of Alessandria.
The building is on a single level of about 1,150 sqm divided between the retail area (about 850 sqm), the warehouse area (about 80 sqm), the service/technical area and the meat processing rooms.
The operation also includes the outdoor areas used for private/green parking (about 3,500 sqm), the goods loading/unloading area complete with driveway ramp (about 400 sqm), and the outdoor areas used for parking/public roads.
The Project by arch. Andrea Desimone of LU M.to (AL) was managed with the Open Book method and allowed significant economies on the initial budgets and maximum efficiency of the works that allowed the delivery of the building equipped with all certifications in less than six calendar months.
