2. Scope and purposes of the processing

The department responsible for human resources may collect the following information about you:

• First name and surname;
• E-mail address and telephone number;
• Curriculum vitae details in the European format.

Your personal data are processed on the basis of your express consent (Article 6(1)(a) and Article 7 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679) for the following purposes:

• to ensure that applications for open positions are collected correctly;
• to screen and assess the professional profiles of the roles being recruited.

3. Retention period

Curricula of interest to the company are retained for no longer than one year. Where they do not match the company’s requirements, they are destroyed immediately.

4. Sources

The candidate’s data are always collected directly from the candidate.

5. Disclosure of data

The data provided are processed by duly authorised internal staff operating under the control of the data controller.

6. Dissemination of data

The data collected are not disseminated in any way.

7. Transfer of personal data to third countries

No transfer of personal data outside the European Union is envisaged.

8. Nature of the provision of data and consequences of refusal

Providing your data for the purposes indicated is optional; however, it is strictly necessary in order to manage and assess your application. If consent is not given, or the profile is incomplete, it will not be possible to assess the application.

9. Rights of the data subject

Under Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (Articles 15–22), the data subject has the right to:

• obtain confirmation as to whether or not personal data concerning them exist, and have such data communicated in intelligible form;
• be informed of the source of the data, the purposes and methods of the processing, the logic applied where the processing is carried out by electronic means, and the identifying details of the controller and of any processors;
• obtain the updating, rectification or integration of the data;
• obtain the erasure, anonymisation or blocking of data processed unlawfully;
• obtain a copy of the data in a common, interoperable format and the restriction of processing, and to object, in whole or in part, on legitimate grounds to the processing of data concerning them;
• withdraw consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing based on consent given before its withdrawal;
• lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority (the Italian Data Protection Authority, Garante per la protezione dei dati personali).

Requests should be addressed to the data controller, including by e-mail to info@pltcostruzioni.it or by registered letter with acknowledgement of receipt to the registered office. The controller will respond within 30 days of receipt.

Consent to the processing of data for the purposes set out above is collected when the application is submitted through the relevant form on this website.
