This is the development initiative conducted in partnership with CNA, the National Confederation of Craftsmen and Small and Medium Enterprises, aimed at building a complex of spaces to accommodate tertiary activities in the goldsmith research sector. The seemingly anonymous property consists of two separate buildings connected by overhead walkways. Inside are ultra-modern companies involved in modeling, design and, more generally, specialized activities related to the high jewelry sector. The design is by Testa Associati and the facilities by engineer Franco Marchesotti.
